There's a dual mastery in game already why they supposted to add this item ingame?

You people have seriously gone crazy. This feature gives +30/+30 HP/SP, which is even more than the +20/+20 HP/SP bonus used by HP/SP master users. That basically means it would completely break the balance of the game. The HP/SP master would lose its purpose and function, and everyone would just start using this skill instead.

Also, having that yellow effect spinning around everyone would reduce FPS and create visual clutter in the game. Don’t ask for illogical things just for your own enjoyment.
